What are the different types of room can I book?
- Private single room (without private bathroom).

How can I book?

How do I pay my rent?
The rent must be paid by direct deposit or electronic transfer fortnightly in advance. Cash payments are not accepted.
What’s the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 months.
What is Bond?
Bond is the security deposit equal to 2 weeks’ rent that must be paid prior to moving in.
What is the cancelation policy?
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations made 4 weeks or more before the move-in date: Clients are eligible for a full refund of the bond.
Cancelations made less than 4 weeks before the move-in date: The full amount of the bond will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
