Are the properties fully furnished?
Yes, all properties come fully furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and fixtures. They offer inviting shared living spaces, kitchens equipped with all essential appliances, and convenient internal laundry facilities. Each home is designed to provide a practical and hassle-free living experience from day one.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent Payments
Rent must be paid fortnightly in advance via deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
What’s the minimum stay?

The minimum length of stay is 3 months.
What is Bond?
Bond (Security Deposit)
A bond equivalent to two weeks’ rent must be paid prior to moving in. This serves as a security deposit and is held as a guarantee against any damages, unpaid rent, or breach of the agreement. The bond will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
What is the cancelation policy?

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the move-in date:
Clients are eligible for a full refund of the bond.Cancellations made 4 weeks or less prior to the move-in date:
The entire bond will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
What do I need to bring to accommodation?
Residents are required to bring their own bedding, including sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels.

It outlines all the important rules, procedures, and responsibilities related to moving in, living in the property, and moving out. It is your responsibility to review the agreement and the house rules thoroughly to ensure you remain informed and compliant throughout your stay.
Am I allowed to bring guests?
Yes, guests are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and adhere to reasonable visiting hours to avoid disturbing flatmates and neighbors.
How do I send request to maintenance team?
Contacting the property manager responsible for your accommodation to submit any maintenance requests.
What is included in my rent?
The rent covers all essential utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and unlimited internet.
Noise Disturbance
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, clients must ensure they do not cause or permit any nuisance or excessive noise that could disturb other residents or neighbors.
Cleaning Products & Responsibilities
Residents are responsible for purchasing all necessary cleaning products to maintain the property in a clean and hygienic condition. In shared accommodations, all residents are expected to participate in regular cleaning of common areas (such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces) to ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.
Inspections
Routine inspections will be conducted by the property manager twice a week, with prior notice provided. These inspections are carried out to ensure the property is being kept clean, tidy, and well maintained. All areas of the property may be inspected, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any shared spaces.
