What are the different types of room can I book?
  • Private single room (without private bathroom).
  • Shared twin room (without private bathroom).
  • Shared twin room (with private bathroom).

Contacting us to check the availability and then schedule the inspection (in person or by video call).

The rent must be paid by direct deposit or electronic transfer fortnightly in advance. Cash payments are not accepted.

 The minimum stay is 3 months.

Bond is the security deposit equal to 2 weeks’ rent that must be paid prior to moving in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the move-in date: The full bond amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the move-in date: The full bond amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

What do I need to bring to accommodation?
The client must provide their own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) and towels.

Please take the time to read and understand your agreement with us. It outlines all the rules and procedures for moving in, living in the property, and moving out. It is your responsibility to review the agreement to stay informed.

Am I allowed to bring guests?

Yes, guests are welcome as long as they do not stay overnight and respect reasonable visiting hours to avoid disturbing flatmates and neighbours.

Electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet are included in the rent.

The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The client must not cause or permit a nuisance on the property.
